A
great weekend just gone, saw almost a full fixture list. Match reports below
The U7s played against a highly skilled Cleckheaton team, comprising of a number of U8 players. That said, the Crocs U7s played a blinder. Solid in defence, and some great side steps to open-up scoring opportunities. Margot getting player of the week. Well played Crocs!
Old Crocs U8s travelled to Cleckheaton on Sunday and put in a brilliant all-round display of running rugby. From the first whistle the team showed great energy, moving the ball quickly through the hands and keeping their width in attack. The support play was excellent, with plenty of offloads and some lovely team tries scored after patient build-up. In defence, the Crocs worked hard to stay organised, making quick tags and turning defence into attack with sharp reactions. Everyone gave their all and played with real enthusiasm throughout. For fantastic effort, great teamwork, and some brilliant tagging, Hadley was deservedly named Croc of the Week. Well done Crocs!

Another super display of rugby from the U9s all round

In training this week we worked on the position and pressing of our defensive line to give the attack less room and all the players did great at adopting this today. Our defence was good with all players getting stuck in and making some really good tackles, attacking runs and offloads were also

with some super darting runs by the players.
Players of the match:- Bhairav and Rory. Great first games of contact for both. Well done.

Old Crocs U10’s put on an impressive display away at Wath. The whole team delivered a high intensity performance whilst implementing a more expansive game-plan. Debut tries and individual sportsmanship topped off a brilliant day!
The U11s went to Ossett for their first outing with a solid performance from all the players which we are looking to build on, all the hard work in training is paying off.
U14s went to Wharfedale for a return fixture from the week before, and come out convincing winners.
U15s travelled to Sheffield for R1 Yorkshire Cup. The squad was heavily depleted due to numerous players completing RL commitments. Thanks to Sheffield for providing excellent hospitality, a top class referee and demonstrating great rugby values throughout.
Crocs opened the scoring through Leo Robinson who picked from the scrum and went down the short side. Further tries from Joe Wheale, Ernie Hammond and speed merchant Hasnain Ali (4 tries).
Man of the match was Ted Sullivan putting some superb tackles in defence. Great performances from Henry Briggs, Oscar Cooper and Joel Doolen who all adapted well to new positions. On to the next round
