Old Crossleyans RUFC

We had a week off the Junior Roundup last week due to half term and fewer fixtures, but there was a very similar junior roundup to our weekly one floating around on socials so we guess no one missed out. IYKYK !!!!

Last weekend we only had two fixtures, the u14 boys and u16 girls and we hosted our annual Fireween, which was again a sell out and a resounding success.

U14 boys hosted a strong Sheffield Tigers team in the Yorkshire cup. Despite having a high penalty count, our defence was ultimately which won us a tough contest. Onto the next round, where we will host Osset on the 23rd November

Our U16 girls hosted Rotherham Phoenix at Broomfield on Sunday morning in glorious autumn sunshine. The game was a great advert for girls rugby, played in the best spirit with plenty of good technique and skills on show from both teams. Well done to both teams

This weekend the minis and boys take on our local friends, Old Brodleians.

U7s, U8s, U9s, U10s, U11s & U15 boys all make the short trip up to Woodhead for an 11am kick off

U14 Boys host Brods at Broomfield for 12pm kick off

U16 Girls host Pontefract for an 11am kick
