Coaching Team Confirmed for the 2026/27 Season

Old Crossleyans RUFC are pleased to announce the club's senior coaching team for the 2026/27 season.

Heading up the coaching team as Head Coach is Thiu Barnard, who brings a clear vision and strong leadership as preparations begin for the new campaign.

Supporting Thiu will be an experienced coaching group:

  • John Cole – Set Piece & Analysis Coach
  • Billy Hammond – Forwards Coach
  • Jack Hammond – Backs Coach

Together, the coaching team offers an excellent blend of experience, technical knowledge and enthusiasm. With pre-season preparations underway, there is real excitement around the club as everyone looks ahead to the opportunities and challenges the new season will bring.

The club is delighted to welcome the coaching team into their roles and looks forward to seeing them lead the squad throughout the 2026/27 campaign.

We wish Thiu, John, Billy and Jack every success for the season ahead.
