Preseason begins on Tuesday 2nd July in preparation for the upcoming season in North East 2.
We have secured the services of ex captain Martin Hamer who will be concentrating on game specific strength and conditioning over the next few weeks. He comes with excellent experience in this field and will be a great asset for the preseason programme.
Preseason training is open to players old and new, just turn up on the day.
